What mortgages does Arvest offer?

Arvest Bank offers Conventional, FHA, VA, and Rural Development loans, plus Portfolio Mortgage loan products. Refinancing an existing mortgage is possible – you need to qualify and pay or finance the closing costs.

How do I change the payment frequency for my mortgage?

Call (800) 232-5524 and speak to the Arvest Bank Mortgage Division. A Bi-weekly Payment Drafting is available.

Can I make additional principal payments to my mortgage?

As long as the current month’s payment has been satisfied, yes. Use the Additional Principal fields on your monthly billing statement, payment coupon or online ACH form to indicate the additional amounts, in the memo line indicate the payment is to be applied as principal only.

What if I forgot my Login ID?

Go to and under  “My Accounts” click “Forgot Login ID or Password.” You’ll need to enter the following to reset your Login ID:

  • SSN or taxpayer ID
  • Date of Birth
  • Account Type
  • Account Number
  • Click “Submit”

What if I forgot my Password? 

Go to and under “My Accounts” click “Forgot Login ID or Password.” You’ll need to enter your Login ID to retrieve the Password. Click “Submit.”

Since my missed payment, I have had a flawless record of making payments on time.

One reason I’m making this request is that my intention is to apply for a [loan, credit card, etc], and I’ve come to understand that the missed payment reflected on my credit report could jeopardize my objective. Given the fact that my single late payment does not adequately reflect my creditworthiness and intention to abide by my financial obligations, I would be grateful if you would make a goodwill adjustment. This would delete my late payment on [date] and enable me to obtain a [loan, credit card, etc.) and to secure a better rate.

I appreciate your considering this matter, and I hope you will grant my request.
