  • Choose Payments and then go to the Schedule Reoccuring Draft Payment option from the drop-down menu.
  • Review and verify your having read the Terms of Service for Monthly Automatic Payments. If you’re okay with the terms, choose the I AGREE box and click on CONTINUE.
  • Choose the DRAFT DAY you wish to have the payment drafted on. You can also add an ADDITIONAL PRINCIPAL payment if you want. Choose NEXT.
  • Look over the information you entered. You can go back and change information by using the PREVIOUS button. Once all the information is accurate, select the confirmation box and choose SUBMIT.

What do I do if I don’t remember my user ID or password?

If you remember your user ID but don’t recall your password, you will still be able to log in on the password entry screen. Do you post payments on the weekend? If my grace period ends during the weekend, what happens then?

Payments are posted Monday through Friday, save for federal holidays. If your grace period expires on Saturday or Sunday, it will be extended to the conclusion of the next business day. It should be noted that partial payments are not applied to your mortgage loan. They are placed in a separate account. Once the balance of partial payment is paid, the funds in the separate account are applied to your loan.

How do I end my one-time payment?

Once you submit a payment and prior to it being processed, it is regarded as a pending payment. You can cancel an online payment only if it’s still pending.
