Now that your account is set up, it’s easy to log in at https://www.shellpointmtg.com/ and make a Shellpoint Mortgage payment online.

  • Go to the sign-in boxes and enter your username and password.

What is my TID number?

TID stands for a Tax ID number. It’s the same as your Social Security Number.

Where do I find my 10-digit Loan ID Number?

You will find your Loan ID Number at the top of your statement. When entering this number online, if your number is less than 10 digits, it should be preceded by the appropriate number of Zeros to fill the box properly.

Can I see my account history online?

Yes. Upon login, from the dashboard, you will find a box entitled “Your Loan Details.” Clicking this takes you to your payment history.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

At the Login screen, select the Forgot your Password? link. You will be prompted for your username, and sent an email. The email will give instructions on how to reset your password.
